Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Architect to join our dynamic architecture team. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering leads and business stakeholders to drive architecture outcomes across a variety of initiatives. This role requires a hands-on, AI-fluent architect who can effectively translate business and technical requirements into actionable architecture artifacts. The successful candidate will be adept at creating solution designs, roadmaps, and architectural recommendations while also building working prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal architecture teams, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to define and drive architecture strategies and outcomes.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable architecture artifacts.
- Create comprehensive solution designs, roadmaps, and architectural recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Develop working prototypes to validate architectural concepts and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Engage in rapid experimentation to explore innovative solutions and approaches.
- Provide architecture guidance and support to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Influence stakeholders and drive consensus on architectural decisions and strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural practices.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in creating solution designs and architectural documentation.
- Ability to build working prototypes and conduct rapid experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering architecture guidance in fast-paced environments.
Skills:
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in architecture.
- Experience with cloud architecture and services.
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and practices.
- Understanding of data architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile and Dev Ops practices.
