- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in content authoring and marketing campaign management, preferably within Fin Tech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency with digital campaign tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, or comparable platforms.
- Expert-level HTML development skills, including email templates, dynamic content, and tagging.
- Strong editing, writing, and storytelling capabilities with a focus on tone, clarity, and compliance.
- Understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and data-driven targeting.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimization.
- Familiarity with financial products, regulatory marketing standards, and consumer finance communication guidelines.
- Must-have (No Exceptions): Proven experience converting UI/UX designs into functional, responsive HTML templates.
