We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Transaction Monitoring, and KYC. The ideal candidate should have experience managing technology transformation projects in the banking or financial services domain.

• Manage AML and Fraud technology transformation projects.
• Work with business and technical teams to deliver project milestones.
• Coordinate data mapping and system integration activities.
• Ensure projects follow SDLC, governance, and risk management processes.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• 10 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in AML/Fraud technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and KYC.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
