Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• SailPoint Certified Identity IQ Engineer/Architect
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification (preferred for cloud-based projects)
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and support
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and support
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes)
• Deep knowledge of access governance, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Experience with application onboarding, connectors (LDAP, AD, SAP, DB, Web Services, etc.)
• Proficiency in workflow customization, rules (Beanshell/Java), and debugging
• Hands-on experience with policy violations, SoD (Segregation of Duties), and remediation
• Strong understanding of provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycle and troubleshooting failures
• Experience in custom reports, audit compliance, and certifications (Manager/User/Application Owner)
• Knowledge of SailPoint APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and third-party integrations
• Exposure to identity governance in cloud environments (Azure AD, AWS, SaaS applications)
• Experience with performance tuning, patching, and upgrades
• Good working knowledge of databases (SQL) and application servers (Tomcat/Web Logic)
