Project Manager

New Jersey/ Remote Duration: 8 Months (Contract)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Pharma/Medtech client in coordinating multiple work streams across the supply chain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional initiatives, drive collaboration between teams, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee activities across various supply chain work streams. Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners. Drive project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting to leadership. Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and vendor management teams as needed.
Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of Bachelor's degree. 12–15 years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or Med Tech industries. Strong background managing multiple work streams and cross-functional teams. Prior experience with supply chain operations is highly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. New Jersey-based candidates are preferred but open to remote candidates for the right fit.

Skills:
Experience managing supply chain projects related to manufacturing, commercial operations, R&D, or vendor management. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
