Job Title:
Senior Developer - Python
Location:
Iselin, NJ/New York, NY (Hybrid) | Pay: 76/hr
* 6 month contract *
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Python, ETL and AWS to architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python Scripts and data objects
- Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Deploy and manage cloud solutions on AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, API Gateway, S3, Cloud Front, Airflow).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance monitoring.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Python backend development.
- Expertise in DB tools like PostgresSQL, MYSQL
- Expertise in AWS services, Terraform.
- Experience with ETL frameworks and tool
- Experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Asset Management
- Experience in Private Placements
