Job Title: Java Microservices Developer – Banking Payments (SWIFT/Wire Payments)
Location: NC
Duration: Long Term
We are looking for a Java Microservices Developer with strong experience in Banking Payments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on Wire Payments, International Payments, and SWIFT messaging within the banking domain. Candidates with only Credit Card Payments experience will not be considered.
Required Skills- 8+ years of Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Strong experience in Banking Payments (Mandatory)
- Experience with:
- Wire Payments
- International Payments
- Cross-Border Payments
- SWIFT Network (MT/MX Messages)
- Knowledge of payment processing workflows, settlement, and reconciliation
- Experience developing REST APIs and event-driven applications
- SQL experience (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus
