Agentic AI / Python Developer (AWS)

Core builders of the agentic AI capability — designing and implementing multi-agent, LLM-powered workflows in Python on AWS, including Agent Core / Bedrock and RAG integrations. Experience Profile 8–10 years of software / AI engineering with strong Python and hands-on agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows (planning, reasoning, tool use, orchestration) in Python.
• Implement LLM pipelines using Lang Chain / Lang Graph and AWS Agent Core / Bedrock.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, data and vector stores (RAG).
• Optimise prompts, memory, orchestration and inference performance.
• Deploy, monitor and harden agentic services on AWS.
• Offshore senior developer leads the offshore AI sub-team, sets standards and mentors.

Required Skills

• Strong Python engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on Lang Chain / Lang Graph and multi-agent orchestration.
• AWS domain including Agent Core / Bedrock; RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Production deployment of AI services.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Insurance / underwriting exposure.
• AWS certification; MLOps / LLMOps experience.
