Software Engineer 3/Full Stack Java Java full stack developer. Will work on ERLMF Application, early resolution app in Home Lending to help with mortgages. Configuration, automation, and building out an AI tool is planned. AI tool will be very complex rules-wise. Application is already in existence, is being further developed. 3 scrum teams contribute; this would fall under one of them.

Balancing out the specialization of the team so everyone is more well-rounded and able to contribute to all parts of the project. Top

Claude experience makes a prime candidate (Devin & Cursor are also in the environment) Experience in a corporate bank In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

Required Qualifications:

4 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Additional Notes: RTO schedule - 3 days in office MANDATORY (2 days in Iselin at the moment, set schedule rotating monthly) Interview process: 1 45-minute virtual panel Pay Range: $55-60/hr on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market;
