Freight Forwarder, Air Import; Automotive

Position: Freight Forwarder, Air Import (Automotive)
DSV -  - Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end air import shipments of automotive vehicles, including working with overseas partners, arranging pickups, and managing delivery schedules.;
Prepare import documentation including EPA forms, DOT Forms and temporary import statements, to facilitate the import process for our automotive customers.;
Review air waybills, commercial invoices, and packing list to ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, import laws, and company policies related to automotive shipments.;
Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to monitor and track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.;
Manage payments to airlines, car carrier and/or other logistic partners.
