Labourer; Temporary

Position: Labourer (Temporary)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer for a site in Kilmarnock. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational activities across our site. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic working environment.

Duties

* Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment

* Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising tools and supplies

* Supporting tradespeople and other team members in daily operations

* Moving, lifting, and positioning materials safely around the site

* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work zones to ensure safety standards are met

* Assisting with general maintenance tasks as required

* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to minimise risks

Requirements

* A valid CSCS card

* Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential

* Good physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the day

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

* Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols

* A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards work responsibilities

* Basic knowledge of health and safety practices within a labour environment is desirable
