Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Proper operation of 21” mower
- Proper operation of blower
- Proper operation of string trimmer
- Proper operation of an edger
- Proper operation of walk behind mid-size mowers
- Proper operation of gas power shears
- Must be able to learn basic detail methods of weeding, raking and clean up
- Must be able to learn correct edging procedure for maintaining bed lines, tree rings and hard surfaces
- Must be able to learn standard detail methods of pruning and hand shearing
- Attendance and punctuality is critical due to the scope of responsibilities and impact on other positions and department.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
- Must be insurable for automobile insurance with company’s auto insurance carrier
- Must have good driving record for driving company vehicles on and off property
- Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
