Anzaa Consultants LLP is seeking an experienced sourcing professional based in Isparta, Turkey, to manage apple sourcing and local market operations. The role includes overseeing procurement, managing inventory and operations, developing pricing strategies, and providing market intelligence. Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in apple sourcing or operations, strong exposure to inventory management, and fluency in Turkish and English is preferred.

A relevant bachelor's or master's degree is also required.
