Operations Manager
The Production Planner is responsible for managing and executing inventory depth targets for specific product categories.
What Will You Be Doing?- Accurately analyze and forecast style, color and size demand for specific product categories.
- Manage monthly projections and adjustments.
- Manage and develop orders to support target depth of inventory and flow plans
- Review website to ensure product descriptions and other information is accurately presented.
- Proactively react to changes in business and work with internal/external partners to replenish inventory as quickly as possible.
- Partner with Production Planning Assistant to monitor orders and to expedite as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 4-6 years of applicable work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented individual with strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Responsive to staff needs including professionalism, respect, and consideration of others
- Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment
- Be able to work under pressure within a time frame
Salary Range:
You’ll earn between $80,170 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus:
You’ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off:
You’ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

Hybrid:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet.
Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.
San Mar’s Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
