Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution, reporting, onboarding activities, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, status updates, and executive presentations.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Manage new employee/vendor onboarding, system access requests, and documentation.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, invoices, and resource utilization.
  • Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and budget reconciliation.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and purchase order tracking.
  • Ensure timely reporting of project KPIs and adherence to governance processes.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Coordinator.
  • Experience in project reporting, dashboard creation, and documentation.
  • Strong experience with onboarding coordination and administrative support.
  • Hands-on experience managing project budgets, invoices, and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in PMO or enterprise project environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau reporting is a plus.
  • CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
