Northwest Periodontics & Implants is a premier periodontal and dental implant specialty practice with offices in Issaquah and Redmond. We work closely with hundreds of dentists throughout the region and are known for exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and strong professional relationships.

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to strengthen relationships, coordinate educational programs and events, and contribute directly to our practice's growth. This is not a traditional marketing position.

We look for a highly organized, technology‑savvy professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, creating systems, and helping a successful healthcare practice continue to grow. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early‑career professional who wants meaningful responsibility, direct mentorship from business owners, and an opportunity to develop skills in business development, relationship management, event planning, healthcare marketing, and operations.

What

You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and their teams.
  • Visit dental offices throughout the Eastside to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between referring offices and our doctors.
  • Coordinate and manage continuing education programs, study clubs, doctor appreciation events, and community outreach activities.
  • Organize event logistics including invitations, registrations, communications, venue coordination, and follow‑up.
  • Prepare newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, and outreach communications.
  • Track referral trends, office visits, outreach activities, and key performance metrics.
  • Utilize technology, AI tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and automation platforms to improve efficiency and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate directly with practice leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Take ownership of projects and continuously look for opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Experience in customer service, business development, sales, marketing, healthcare, or dentistry is preferred but not required.
