Customer Service Representative (ISS, WA)

We are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy. The CSR greets customers, answers phones, takes orders, prepares pizza, and provides excellent customer service.

Compensation: $16.66 per hour plus tips. Paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying full-time employees will be offered employer-sponsored medical benefits.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and maintain daily cleanliness.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly and accurately; calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Take and process orders efficiently.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to rapidly and accurately perform movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F in some work areas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Stand, walk, sit, and carry (up to 50 lbs on hand truck, up to 30 lbs for pizza sauce).
• Push/pull trays, push up to 7.5 lbs.
• Climb stairs, navigate five or more flights for deliveries.
• Bend, stoop, crouch, and squat to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach above 72" and down to low surfaces.
• Frequent hand use for shaping dough, using pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.

• Deliver product via company vehicle and door of customer; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, access to insured vehicle.
• Navigate delivery area, including adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes.
• Carry pizzas, sides, beverages while walking and climbing stairs.
