Issaquah Premier Dental—one of the area’s top-rated dental offices is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic, fast-growing practice. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our preventive care program, conducting detailed oral screenings, performing advanced cleanings, and serving as a primary educator for our community. We are looking for a clinician who balances technical precision with a warm, patient-centered approach.

• $43 - $55 per hour

• Licensure:
  Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Education:
  
  Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Compliance:
  In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Technical Skill:
  Proven experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment and capturing digital imaging.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Outstanding communication skills, a patient personality, and strong attention to detail.
• Aptitude:
  Ability to meet the physical demands of the job and a proactive approach to team collaboration.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a high-tech or fast-paced dental setting (entry-level candidates with strong clinical potential are also encouraged to apply).
• Advanced Care:
  Familiarity with the latest dental technology and advanced periodontal screening techniques.
• Development: A desire for professional development and openness to clinical feedback.

• Licensure:
  Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
