Make a meaningful impact delivering Extended School Year (ESY) physical therapy services to students in a supportive educational environment this summer. This contract opportunity runs from July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026, with a Monday through Friday schedule (5 hours each day). The position is fully on-site, working directly with a caseload of 1015 students.
Key Qualifications- Current Physical Therapy license in Washington State
- Valid Washington ESA certification
- Experience providing physical therapy services in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, educators, and families
- Ability to tailor interventions for a diverse range of elementary and secondary student needs
- Organized, proactive, and committed to fostering student growth
- Evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans to support student mobility and access within the school environment
- Deliver direct physical therapy services during ESY to help students maintain or improve skills
- Document student progress and participate in collaborative meetings as needed
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic, student-centered approach
- Adapt strategies and support based on student progress and evolving needs throughout the summer session
- Focused, manageable caseload for meaningful, student-centered impact
- Consistent daytime schedule with weekends off
- Work alongside dedicated educational professionals
