School-Based Physical Therapist - Issaquah, Washington

Make a meaningful impact delivering Extended School Year (ESY) physical therapy services to students in a supportive educational environment this summer. This contract opportunity runs from July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026, with a Monday through Friday schedule (5 hours each day). The position is fully on-site, working directly with a caseload of 1015 students.

• Current Physical Therapy license in Washington State
• Valid Washington ESA certification
• Experience providing physical therapy services in school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, educators, and families
• Ability to tailor interventions for a diverse range of elementary and secondary student needs
• Organized, proactive, and committed to fostering student growth

• Evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans to support student mobility and access within the school environment
• Deliver direct physical therapy services during ESY to help students maintain or improve skills
• Document student progress and participate in collaborative meetings as needed
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic, student-centered approach
• Adapt strategies and support based on student progress and evolving needs throughout the summer session
