Job Description:
Pay Range: $41hr - $46hr
- The Project Manager – EOL will lead cross‑functional initiatives supporting end‑of‑life (EOL) programs across software, hardware, and medical device platforms (Class II or Class III).
- This role is responsible for comprehensive project planning, resource management, budget oversight, risk mitigation, and commercialization alignment while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex medical device projects in highly regulated environments.
- Lead activity and resource planning across Software, Hardware, Systems, Ultrasound Engineering, Acoustic Engineering, Transducer Engineering, Product Management, and Clinical teams.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules and resource plans.
- Estimate, develop, and track project budgets.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Procurement teams to organize and complete all design transfer activities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Service, and Manufacturing teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive commercialization plan integrated into the overall project plan.
- Partner with sustaining teams to plan, develop, and release sustaining changes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal company processes throughout all project phases.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks.
- Develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, team performance, and milestone completion.
- Provide clear, timely status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Organize and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Proven project management experience in Software, Hardware, and Medical Devices (Class II or Class III).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage project plans, resource plans, and budgets.
- Strong risk management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
