Our Ideal Applicant...
- At least 1 year of experience of professional phone scheduling or receptionist duties, where phone, email, and client contact were a large part of the job (dental office, spa scheduler, medical receptionist, hair salon). Professional, friendly, and flexible with clients and fellow co-workers. Ability to stay organized, detail oriented, and accurate in your work.
- Must have experience with customer service and be very comfortable with phone answering.
- Easy to work with, eager to learn, and accepts feedback well.
- Maintains a high level of integrity, professionalism, and compassion for those struggling with emotional pain.
- Desires to grow with us for a longer term career!
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, texts, and schedule appointments for our providers.
- Be comfortable answering the phone, and responding to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and texts.
- Schedule new patient appointments
- Send out new patient paperwork through our portal
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, providers, and team members.
- Communication and regular coordination between our scheduling department, billing department and clinical staff.
- Verify patient insurance benefits
