Description
This role supports essential supply chain operations by utilizing a computerized Materials Management Information System (MMIS) and related hardware/software. Key duties include conducting physical inventories, replenishing supply areas—including patient care and ancillary units—receiving incoming stock and non‑stock shipments, and placing inventory into storage. The position also prepares and coordinates outgoing parcel and freight shipments to ensure efficient materials flow throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize a computerized MMIS and associated hardware/software to support daily materials management activities.
- Conduct physical inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Replenish supply areas, including patient care and ancillary areas.
- Receive incoming stock and non‑stock freight and parcel shipments.
- Put away inventory items in designated storage locations.
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing parcel and freight shipments.

Required Qualifications- 1 year of inventory systems, receiving, warehousing and/or supply distribution using a computerized MMIS in a perpetual inventory system within the previous three years.
- Coursework/Training and Inventory and supply distribution management courses
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jack, etc)
