Join Our Caregiving Team and Make a Difference
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes
- Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engaging residents with conversation and daily activities
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicating effectively with families and care team members
- Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills
