* Experience handling agreement setup, record keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation.

* Skilled in communicating timelines, resolving blockers, and ensuring project milestones are met.
* Knowledge of order management, shipping, delivery scheduling, and installation coordination.
* Experience managing inventory logs, asset tracking, and system compliance monitoring.
* Familiarity with pre‑release system builds and material release processes.
* Ability to generate and track purchase orders (POs).
* Experience with payment processing and financial documentation workflows.
* Understanding of procurement systems and vendor management.
* Excellent communication skills for working with:
clinical scientists, liaisons, engineering teams, product and marketing managers, field service engineers, and external partners.
* Ability to build alignment and solve problems across diverse stakeholder groups.
* General understanding of research site operations, patient enrollment tracking, and data integrity.
* Ability to support clinical teams in study coordination tasks.
* Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle).
* Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, ).
* Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
* Ability to learn specialized internal systems quickly.
* Ability to analyze operational data and identify inefficiencies.
* Skill in recommending and implementing process improvements.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.
* Familiarity with regulated environments (healthcare, medical devices, clinical research).
* Understanding of documentation standards and audit readiness requirements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
* Customer‑focused mindset and service orientation.
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
* Adaptability and comfort with fast‑changing priorities.
