Azure Cloud Engineer
This Azure Cloud Engineer will work alongside the Architect and directly with the End Client to advocate for the Azure Cloud Success. The Engineer will need proven enterprise level build experience with a high level of expertise utilizing Terraform and its extended features.
Their Terraform skills must be at a very senior level, able to build, destroy, and rebuild. Must be able to clearly articulate how a pipeline of this enterprise magnitude will work? Must understand 3-Tier environments, and how it should operate in theory. Should have strong experience with "Extended Feature Sets".
Job Duties
- Cloud adoption:
Leading the adoption of cloud services and developing strategies to balance strategic goals with practicality - Cloud architecture:
Implementing cloud architectures and solutions to meet client requirements - Migration:
Helping the client migrate on-premises applications to Azure, and estimating and outlining the solutions needed to implement cloud migration - Technical guidance:
Providing technical guidance to teams during the development, deployment, and implementation phases of solutions - Stakeholder collaboration:
Collaborating with stakeholders, recognizing challenges, and offering solutions - Resource allocation:
Allocating resources and ensuring sustained operations - Industry best practices:
Informing the team about industry best practices and procedures - Designing and deploying solutions:
Create scalable Azure solutions for various applications - Collaborating with stakeholders:
Define cloud strategy and architecture, and ensure technical design meets requirements - Ensuring security, reliability, and performance:
Design security controls and threat protection, and analyze and create identity and access management structures - Setting up monitoring systems:
Implement automated solutions to monitor software development
Must Have Technical Stack
- Experience Creating & Building Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with ADO, Azure Dev-Ops
- Extensive experience with Terraform IAC
- CI/CD - Heavy pipeline experience to build and maintain the environment
- Experience In Creating Cloud Architecture from Scratch in an Enterprise Level Environment
- Azure Cloud Solutions Certifications are strongly PREFERRED
