Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for iCertis CLM.

• Translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and scenarios.

Test Planning:

• Develop test plans outlining the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for iCertis CLM testing.

• Identify and document test data requirements for various testing scenarios.

Test Case Design and Execution:

• Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for iCertis CLM software.

• Validate data integrity, system performance, and adherence to CLM best practices.

Defect Management:

• Identify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and propose corrective actions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and results.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding test progress and issues.

Automation:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for iCertis CLM to enhance testing efficiency.

• Integrate automated tests into the overall testing process.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

• Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and results.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates, features, and industry best practices.

• Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a software tester with a focus on CLM solutions, preferably iCertis CLM.

• In-depth understanding of CLM principles and best practices.

• Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
