Position: Center Manager - (Issaquah Grand Ridge Plaza)

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
  • Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
  • Strong sales background preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Established history of managing multiple direct reports
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Growth mindset
  • Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and can use key performance indicators to drive positive business performance
  • Places the guest first, coaching associates to connect with guests and build brand loyalty
  • Self-motivated, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the brand
  • Leads and inspires by example, encourages fact-based solutions and celebrates others’ success
  • Will have an open and flexible schedule
  • Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally
  • Ability to learn and operate a POS system
  • Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time – 80% or more of shift
