Locations Available:
- Issaquah, Washington
We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager with a nationally recognized General Contractor to lead big-box grocery store construction projects across the U.S.
What You'll Do- Lead large-scale, ground-up retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout (average project size: 150,000+ SF)
- Oversee project schedules and drive performance strict timelines
- Coordinate across design, engineering, and field teams
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and execution
- Proven experience leading large scale projects
- Background in retail, big box, warehouse, or distribution center projects preferred
- Approximately 3–4 days per month, typically once per month
