Job Summary
$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates. Beneficial compensation and benefits begin on your first day of employment. Providence nurses provide patient‑centered, whole‑person care.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- Provider NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire.
- One year of NICU nursing experience.
$48.85 - $89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
