Job Summary
Step into a pivotal leadership role where clinical expertise meets team impact. As a Supervisor Clinic RN – Gastroenterology, you’ll lead and support a dynamic team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) while shaping high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a specialized GI setting.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll mentor and manage clinical staff, ensuring excellence in day‑to‑day operations, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes. Your role includes reviewing clinical charts for accuracy, compliance, and quality to uphold the highest standards of care and regulatory best practices. You will guide teams through complex patient scenarios in gastroenterology care, providing strong clinical leadership and setting quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS—American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience.

LocationSwedish Issaquah (Pacific Northwest, Washington state) – on site, full‑time day shift, clinical care leadership track. Pays: $55.45–$86.08 per hour (plus shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, bonuses, etc.).
