Who you are:
- RN/LPN currently licensed in the State.
- Current American Heart CPR certification.
- Geriatric/rehabilitation and Supervisory experience preferred.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Professional and high ethical standards
- Communicates effectively and creates positive relationships.
General
Summary:
The RN Unit Manager is an RN/LPN responsible for the supervision of nursing care in the Assisted Living / Memory Care Center.

Appointed as Risk Manager role for Briarwood Health Center Conducts investigations, makes recommendations and implements interventions and policy changes as needed. Works directly with law enforcement and other State agencies as required during the course of investigations. Prepares QA reports for committee.

Frequent standing, stooping, bending, stretching, squatting; must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday; must be able to lift, transfer, turn and position residents weighing up to 125 lbs. unassisted, or with the assistance of one for a resident weight over 125 lbs. May be subjected to offensive odors and combative behavior. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
