We are seeking a full‑time women’s health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient obstetrics and gynecology services at 751 NE Blakely Dr #4020, Issaquah, WA 98029. The assignment is clinic only, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (one hour lunch). A 4/10 schedule is available if preferred. Over 40 hours per week, overtime may be eligible.

• Conduct initial OB visits for new patients, including dating and viability ultrasounds.
• Manage OB visits at 16 and 28 weeks and other OB follow‑ups as needed.
• Provide birth‑control services, including IUD insertions and removals, Nexplanon placement (if qualified), and endometrial biopsies.
• Perform annual women's health exams and address general gynecologic complaints.
• Screen for mental health concerns and coordinate appropriate referrals.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and meet credentialing requirements.

• Active RN license in Washington State, with IMLC status.
• Board‑certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC only).
• Experience with IUD placement, endometrial biopsies, and obstetrical care.
• Current CV ready for submission.
• Ability to work full time, 4 weeks per month.
