Join a skilled nursing team in Issaquah, WA as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). This opportunity is ideal for a dependable clinician who is comfortable providing resident-centered care, supporting daily nursing operations, and working closely with the care team.
Requirements:- Current, unencumbered Washington LPN/LVN license.
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of an RN.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Monitor residents’ health status, report changes promptly, and document care provided.
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring quality resident care.
- Uphold resident rights, safety, privacy, and dignity in all interactions.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Washington in good standing.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
