Infusion Nurse positions are available in ISSAQUAH, Washington. These roles involve providing outpatient oncology infusion services, with an emphasis on chemotherapy administration and related patient care. The position requires working in a busy outpatient clinic supporting infusion needs, with a focus on oncology patients.

• Schedule:
  
  8:30am to 5:00pm with options for 4x9s (8am-5:30pm); shift hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  One year of experience in acute care medical-surgical oncology, outpatient oncology with chemotherapy infusion, BLS certification, Oncology Nursing Certification (ONS/ONCC), and Chemotherapy certification. Must have experience accessing/managing ports, administering chemotherapy, handling blood and cytotoxic spills, managing infusion pumps, PICC line care, recognizing abnormal lab values, and managing complications such as extravasation injury, tumor lysis syndrome, sepsis, spinal cord compression, and hemorrhages.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in outpatient oncology, extensive chemo experience is highly preferred.
• Additional Information:
  Clinicians will support outpatient infusion needs with outpatient MDs in clinic. The daily census is approximately 30 patients across 12 rooms. The patient age group is adults, and the facility supports interdisciplinary teams. References covering 1 year (or 6 months if CNA) are required, with modules completed pre-start and annually.
