Clinic Nurse - Issaquah Urgent Care; Per Diem

Job Summary

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for our Urgent Care Clinic team. The position is a per diem, 8‑hour shift role with a pay range of $44.40 to $66.60 per hour.

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director to develop and maintain clinic protocols, policies and procedures.
• Provide direction to the non‑physician clinical team.
• Educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention and chronic disease management.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal/people skills.
• Strong organizational/multi‑tasking skills.

8‑hour shifts. Pay ranges represent the minimum to maximum hourly rate. Additional pay may be available based on shift, certification or level of education.
