Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Minimum 2 years RN Labor & Delivery experience required;
Epic charting experience required;
Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate;
Preferred: ACLS;
Travel experience required;
Compact state license must be in hand at submission.

Manage care for patients during labor and delivery, including high-risk scenarios;
Circulate for C-sections and support OB-GYN surgeries;
Monitor fetal heart rates and manage medication drips, including insulin, heparin, and magnesium sulfate;
Perform sterile vaginal exams and maintain central lines (CVC/PICC);
Provide recovery care post-C-section and assist with couplet care in the nursery.

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day);
Return-staff policy: may return after 3 months;
Pre-start modules required (non-billable; approximately 16 hours);
Candidates must disclose prior employment at the partner facility (location/dates).
