Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Level II NICU
- Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Required certifications: BLS, NRP - 2 references covering 1 year of practice within the last 3 years (can include Charge RNs/Lead) - Key clinical skills include:

• Respiratory support: CPAP/BiPAP, Bubble CPAP, oxygen delivery systems
• Airway/emergency:
  Assist with RSI drugs, procedure sedation
• Vascular/access: PICC/central lines, UAC/UVC
• Monitoring/infusions:
  Syringe pumps, IV vasopressors
• Procedures/lines:
  Chest tube set-up/care
• Thermoregulation:
  Cooling/warming blankets
• Feeding/GI:
  Feeding tubes, gavage, breastfeeding support
• Neonatal conditions/therapies:
  Surfactant, steroids, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS)
• Other:
  Isolation precautions/PPE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend all deliveries, including high-risk deliveries
- Provide couplet care and transition nursery support
- Potentially float to Postpartum and L&D as needed
- Commit to necessary weekend staffing requirements
