Retail Cashier Floater

Pay

$20.70 - $22.20 an hour.

A Retail Cashier Floater is an unassigned position that covers multiple store locations within a specific geographic region. The work location varies daily, and floaters help fill vacancies created by leaves, vacation or recruitment. Floaters can take on additional leadership roles and receive company perks such as fuel discounts and merchandise discounts.

• Greet customers warmly and provide fast, friendly service.
• Ring up sales and merchandise, offering applicable discounts and promotions while following all laws regarding restricted sales of tobacco and alcohol.
• Prepare cashier checkout reports accurately and according to policy.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Properly label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; report any accidents or incidents immediately.
• Meet company policy and procedures, including sanitation and food handling procedures.
• When covering shifts, reconcile daily paperwork and complete daily deposits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Full‑time, flexible shift availability; able to work rotations, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Legal age to sell restricted products (alcohol, tobacco) and to work in establishments with slot machines (NV only).
• Willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Experience leading by example and doing the right thing.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
• Reliable transportation to travel between stores within a set district.
• Must be 21 or older for this location.

• Ability to stand for an extended period; frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch, and talk and listen.
• Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work safely in conditions that include heat, cold, allergens, noise, gasoline fumes, and cleaning chemicals.
