The Guest Concierge & Cashier serves as the primary touchpoint for all visitors and a brand ambassador for Nick’s Magnificent. This role delivers a warm, polished, and elevated welcome to families visiting our indoor luxury playground and café.

The Guest Concierge & Cashier is responsible for accurately processing playground visit transactions and customer orders, maintaining an organized and visually appealing front counter experience, and supporting overall facility presentation. This position blends exceptional guest service, financial accuracy, and light operational support within a high-energy, family-focused environment. This role requires professionalism, composure, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences for children and families alike.

Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Guest Experience Manager.
