Job Description
The Kyle Mac Vicar Allstate Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales Producer to join our team in Kent, WA. This is a full-time, in-office role offering a base salary plus commission, clear performance expectations, and long-term career growth.

What You’ll DoAs a key member of our agency, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients—both over the phone and in person—while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow our business. This is a combination of servicing and selling to our current clients—no cold calling!
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking individuals who are dependable, driven, and genuinely enjoy helping others—while also being comfortable with sales.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Self-starter who can problem solve independently
- Comfortable discussing coverage and making recommendations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Must be willing to work full-time in-office (Kent, WA)
Washington Property & Casualty (P&C) License required (Must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed).
Preferred Background- Insurance industry experience
- Active P&C license
- College education
- Former competitive athlete or individuals with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and motivation.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary + uncapped commission (earn on every sale). New to the industry employees can anticipate making $45,000 - $50,000 in their first year. Experienced candidates can make $70,000 plus with our uncapped commissions!
