Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by following a proven, step-by-step sales process
  • Engage warm leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Build lasting client relationships and manage follow-ups
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, calls, and results
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Coachable, consistent, and motivated to succeed
  • Have a valid WA Property & Casualty Insurance License (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Career-focused and eager to learn our proven system
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools a plus
  • Must be able to work in-office in Issaquah, WA
