Customer Sales Associate

Opportunity

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a full‑time Counter Sales / Customer Sales Associate who will serve as a key customer touchpoint, ensuring accurate order entry and smooth customer interactions. The position requires multitasking, inventory management, and logistics coordination to support delivery timelines. The role works a four‑day week (Saturday in Spring/Summer) with an option for a five‑day week during peak seasons.

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company’s computer system.
• Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts.
• Communicate customer needs and special order material requests to management and team.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales team members to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service.

• Prior experience in customer service or sales, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Basic computer operations and internet navigation skills.
• Experience or familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including outdoor environments.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak season.
• Capability to pass a pre‑employment background/drug test.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience with irrigation or landscaping products.

Hourly base salary: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime, performance‑based bonuses, commissions, car allowance, and travel expense reimbursement in accordance with company policy.
