Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Issaquah. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow referral networks, expand client base, and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting with potential referral sources, presenting Revere Home Care’s services, and tracking business development activities and outcomes.
The Business Development Manager will collaborate with leadership and care teams to align growth initiatives with quality standards and client needs. This role also involves monitoring market trends, attending local events, and providing regular reports and insights to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within home care, healthcare, or related services.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills to engage referral partners and community stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies, including territory planning, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on business development performance.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare and senior care landscape in the Greater Seattle Area is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively on-site.
- Commitment to Revere Home Care’s mission of supporting client dignity and independence, with a client-centered and ethical approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
