Appointment Setter​/Lead Generator

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Appointment Setter/Lead Generator to drive new business for our residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. In this role, you'll contact warm and cold leads, qualify prospects, schedule in-home or virtual appointments, and support our sales team with accurate data entry and follow-up. You'll use phone, email, and basic CRM tools to manage pipelines, hit daily/weekly contact goals, and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate interest in ARS-Rescue Rooter services
• Qualify prospects based on need, timeline, and decision-making authority
• Schedule in-home or virtual appointments for sales and service teams
• Accurately update and maintain lead data in CRM and tracking systems
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call, contact, and appointment goals
• Follow up on missed appointments, reschedules, and open estimates
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize lead quality and show rates
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication on every interaction
