Maintenance Technician I – Providence Point (Issaquah, WA)

Compensation: Pay Rate $27.00 - $31.00/Hourly DOE
Function & RoleWe are offering Benefits after 30 days.
- Partners with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain buildings, building systems, common areas and other physical assets on the property.
- Respond to assigned work orders via the Limble app on a smartphone.
- Greet and discuss work orders with homeowners.
- Perform duties related to basic plumbing, electrical, painting, dry wall, pressure washing, and any other maintenance needs related to the designated property.
- Regular maintenance of pools include cleaning and changing out chemicals.
- Troubleshoot maintenance problems to identify issues and necessary repairs.
- Complete grounds work, which may include trash clean up, sweeping, pressure washing, cleaning clogged gutters, repairing fencing etc.
- Complete assigned maintenance work orders in homes to include resetting alarm systems, identifying water leaks/shutting off water to avoid further damage etc.
- Assist with annual book and garage sale by moving boxes and completing set up.
- Point of contact for after-hours calls and emergencies once a month on average.
- Properly operate, maintain and store all maintenance equipment.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
- Possess skill and ability to operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Complete tasks from start to finish in a quality manner, on time, within budget and while meeting applicable codes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Above average attention to details.
Service van, smart phone (Limble app) hand and power tools, dollies, hand truck and ladders (6 and 12 foot), painting supplies etc. May use safety glasses, hear protection and knee pads.
Requirements- Required to pass a drug test.
- Required to maintain a driver's license.
- Required to have a clean driver's record.
- Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine.
- Strong team player, willing to help and assist others when needed.
