We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Foreign Trade Operations Specialist.

The core focus of this role is to coordinate 3rd party sales with Origination and End Customer. Organizing handling, execution, documentation and logistics processes of end-to-end import & export operations by working closely with Trade, Finance and Controlling/Reporting teams.

• Managing import and export operations, including execution, documentation and coordination with brokers, agents and external partners.
• Organizing logistics activities such as loading, unloading, transportation and warehousing for inbound and outbound goods.
• Negotiating, controlling and reporting logistics costs while contributing to P&L through accurate cost analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with import/export, customs, agricultural and GMO regulations and maintaining proper documentation (including IPR processes).
• Coordinating with internal teams (Trade, Finance, Quality, Plant) to ensure timely delivery, product quality and operational alignment.
• Monitoring inventory, reporting to stakeholders and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Agri business sector
• Good command of English
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications and SAP
• Excellent in planning, coordination with good organizational and analytical skills
