You'll join a small, close-knit creative team—working directly alongside our Creative Coordinator and Coordinator Assistant. Because we're a compact team, you'll get genuinely hands-on involvement across both photography/styling and marketing, learning directly from the people leading the work and taking real ownership from day one.

• Supporting product preparation before shoots and ensuring styling looks are organised and ready on hangers for shoot readiness
• Supporting the styling coordinator with looks, product arrangements and on-set operations
• Coordinating shooting sample returns together with the buying, QA and warehouse teams
• Contributing to sample and product tracking via Excel/Google Sheets
• Assisting with post-shoot image selection and supporting editing tasks such as cropping, light adjustments and garment retouch

• Contributing ideas and hands‑on support to social media and content production
• Supporting and learning CRM processes (e.g. email campaigns, content preparation)
• Researching e‑commerce fashion photography trends and competitor examples, and supporting trend research
• Assisting with styling shopping lists and studio planning needs

• Preferably studying or recently graduated in Fashion Design, Textile & Fashion Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Photography/Photography & Video or a related field
• Availability for a long‑term internship, 4–5 days per week, on‑site in Istanbul
• Organised, responsible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Detail‑oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and getting things right
• A can‑do attitude and the perseverance to see a task through until it's genuinely done
• Open to giving and receiving honest, constructive feedback, and eager to learn
• Confident with Google Workspace tools—especially the Drive‑based versions of Sheets, Docs and Slides (equivalents of Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• A genuine interest in fashion trends, styling and digital content
• Based in Istanbul

• Familiarity with Capture One, Photoshop, Lightroom or similar software
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva
• Interest or experience in social media / digital content creation
• Experience in a photography studio or production environment
