• Convert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business
• Respond to all guests in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation
• Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards
• Performs all the tasks of Reservations using checklists
• Maintain accuracy of all reservations and ensure all quality control checks are completed on all revenue management systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure that all the prices are entered right and paired with right codes
• Ensures that all traces and activities are followed up timely and recorded as it ends
• Ensures that the right controls are implemented in the system, so that the required base for sales and revenue maximization is ready
• Acceptance and entry of reservations by telephone and email
• Correct management of reservation documents
• Ensure Quality Checks on existing reservations
• Should be aware of all processes
• Comply with the control systems and procedures laid down relating to group bookings
• Undertake specific tasks or any reasonable request as required by superiors
• Review requests received in the Group Office and ensure smooth communication is in place with GM&E department.
• Keeps the departmental costs under planned forecasts

• University graduate (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration)
• Previous experience in a Reservations environment
• A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Team player with a solution-oriented approach
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Committed to confidentiality and professionalism
  
  Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
