Optylon Krea, Istanbul-based operator of Ando Living, seeks an Operations Coordinator to oversee all Ando Living units in Istanbul. You will uphold brand standards, drive operational excellence, and support launches of new projects in collaboration with HQ.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality operations, supervises small teams, and demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, and guest service focus. English fluent;
Turkish required.
