Work Location: Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center

Reporting To: Director of Front Office

A Bellboy is responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Assist guests with their luggage during the check-in and check-out processes.
• Receive, transport, and safely store guests’ luggage.
• Provide guests with information about their rooms and room features.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple guest requests during busy periods.
• Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction and provide professional solutions to guest complaints when necessary.
• Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ensure the security of guests’ personal belongings and verify that they are returned to the correct guest.
• Communicate guests’ special requests to the relevant departments promptly and accurately.
• Organize and store luggage in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist guests with taxi, private vehicle, and other transportation arrangements.
• Help maintain the lobby, entrance, and luggage areas in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition.
• Assist with the maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment.
• Comply with the hotel’s service standards, safety regulations, and occupational health and safety procedures.

• Guest-oriented with excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and respond promptly to their different needs.
• Good command of Turkish and English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift-based working schedules.
• Physically fit and able to perform active duties, including handling and carrying luggage.
• Strong team player with a collaborative and cooperative approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions in challenging or crisis situations.
